Breaking: Ospoly SUG antagonizes motorcyclists hike in Transport Fare, bargains a fixed price for transport.

Earlier today, information reached the student union Government concerning motorcyclists who charges more than the usual fee from the applicants who came for the screening exercise.

In an article published by the President, HOPE which was circulated across by the PRO, Alawusa, the Union antagonizes such act by the motorcyclists and therefore met with the association executive to bargain for the new price of transporting applicants and students around.

The SUG and the motorcyclists association reached a consensus to charge not more the N40(Forty Naira) from Poly Junction to the school gate and N50(fifty naira) for trip that goes beyond the school gate to poly junction.

Following the PostUtme and HND Screening exercise which commenced today 3rd of September till the 6th of September, it came to the notice of the newly elected Students Union Executives this morning that motorcyclists around campus charges the new applicants outrageously exploiting their ignorance of the usual price hence, levying the students outrageously, the leadership of the newly elected SUG Executives under the Aluta aegis of Comr. Bolaji Olaniyi Ezekiel p.k.a HOPE upon the report swung to action today and held meeting with the leadership of the okada association and after critical dialogue and concrete negotiation reached a bilateral agreement to reduce the price from the initial price to *#40* from  Ospoly-junction to campus, and *#50* from places aside from poly junction to campus, therefore we wants to inform all students that any price tag outside this bracket should be frown at and poohpoohed, as the *Newly elected SUG Excos* has put all mercenaries in place to ensure the enforcement of the new price.

As part of our promise to place the students' welfare at the frontburner of our administration, we still wants to reaffirm our position that we shall keep launching our best effort in improving the welfare of all Ospolites as we would continue to seek your cooperation and understanding on issues that matters.
