Bike Price: Motorcyclists Revolts against SUG Delegates

In The earlier morning of Tuesday, 4th September, 2018, the Okada Riders of Iree town revolt against the Students Union Government Delegates headed by the President, Bolaji Olaniyi known as HOPE as the union sought to reach an agreement with the association on the befitting bike fares that will be agreeable and affordable by both parties.

It reached the hearings of the Union Executives that Motorcyclists charged more than the usual from the applicants who came to the school for their screening exercise. This steered the Students Union to go ahead for dialogue with the Motorcyclists Association Executives.

While the dialogue was on, majority of the motorcyclists disagreed with the price change due to reasons such as Motorcycle parts amount and so on...

However, all this is known to the Students Union Government Delegates but proposed to the Motorcyclists Association Executives to bring the price down to #30(Thirty Naira) from the initial #50 as it will help the students.

While the dialogue was going on, some drunken motorcyclists got annoyed with the dialogue and decided to spray water on the Union Delegates whilst some motorcyclists prevented the water from getting to the Union Delegates.

As OspolyBuzz representative present in the meeting, Aanu OYEDELE interviewed a motorcyclist who was present at the dialogue scene, the motorcyclist opined that the cost of things is high in the market aje it wouldn't help the motorcyclists to gather a lot as they also some responsibilities.

The dialogue was disrupted as some angry motorcyclists resolved to mob the delegates while the motorcyclists association leaders decided to prevent the delegates by taking them away from the scene.
