Ospoly Announces Sales of National Diploma Post Ume Screening Form for 2018/2019 Academic Session

In an online release made available by the Institution's Registrar, it is officially made known that the Post Utme Screening Exercise form is now available and the screening exercise has been also scheduled for 20th and 21st of August, 2018.

The screening card however, is said to be available at the Ospoly microfinance Bank, Iree, Ayetoro, Osogbo, Isokun Round-About Ilesa.

2018/2019 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

Osun State Polytechnic, Iree online registration for Post-UTME Screening Exercise Admission into all Courses for the 2018/2019 Academic session will hold between Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st August, 2018.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
Candidates who made Osun  State Polytechnic Iree their First and Second Choice in the 2018/2019  UTME as well as those who have changed to Osun State  Polytechnic, Iree and scored 120 and above in National Diploma courses and 100 in Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) respectively are  eligible for screening. 

In addition, Candidates must possess five (5) Credit Passes at not more than two sittings in relevant O’level subjects including English Language and Mathematics

Candidates who do not participate in Post-UTME Screening will not be considered for admission. Candidates are advised to provide valid and active e-mail addresses and phone numbers. The Polytechnic will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid e-mail addresses and functional phone numbers. 

Candidates are advised to submit genuine documents only. Misrepresentation/Falsification of documents is a serious offence. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Eligible Candidates should log to Osun State Polytechnic, Iree Website www.ospoly.edu.ng and take the following steps:
Go to http//osunpoly.edu.ng
Click  Admission link on the Home page
Click  JAMB UTME Screening
Enter your PIN and Serial Number
Add your details as required (complete steps 1 to 4)
Candidates are then to print out evidence of completion of transaction and bring it to the Admission Office of the Institution together with photocopies and original of their credentials on Monday 20th or Tuesday 21st August, 2018 for the Screening. 

It is mandatory for all the Applicants to appear physically for the Screening which commences by 9:00am of the slated dates.
