Man killed over N7.4m won through Bet-Naija.

It was reported that one Joseph Achuku has been killed after he had one N7.4 million of “Bet-Naija” pool in Nasarawa State.

The Public Relation Officer (PPRO) of the state Police Command, DSP Idrisu Kennedy disclosed this on Tuesday, adding that investigation has started to find the killers and the circumstances of the killing.

According to Idris, available information indicated that the killing might be connected with the N7.4 million the victim won in the Bet-Naija game.

He said the corpse was recovered along Federal University, Lafia, following distress calls from residents of the area.

It was gathered that the killers had been trailing Achuku since they learnt he won N7.4 million.
