Strike Update: Leverage on the strike action now!!!

I have always believed that everything that happens in human life happens for a reason. The good, bad and even the ugly. The life of a man comprises of many goodies and baddies. A lot of things happen in our journey to destiny fulfillment but most of us capitalize on the negativities found in those moments rather than the good things it might bring.

  For a man to fulfill destiny, there is a need to leverage on many events happening in him and around him. There's a need to take advantage of many things and use them for many good and great things.

Analyzing the present condition of our great school; Strike action, tuition fee increment and many others, majority of us wouldn't see reasons to this seemingly setbacks for greater comebacks. They'll be filled with complaints and excuses not to take advantage of the activities going on around them.
  Leveraging is a necessary requisite for success in any field, a wonderful tool that if applied, progress becomes inevitable. Now, how would you take advantage of this unappealing strike action?

1. Learn a Skill

To be relevant in this age, skill acquisition must never be taken lightly. When on campus, it would be a bit hard to join academics activities with skill acquisition, creating the balance might be hard for you but this is a good time to take advantage of.
  You are probably wondering, "what if the strike isn't long". Well, I don't pray it gets long but what if it is? Ladokites didn't bargain for what they went through(no assault intended please). Only the smart ones amidst them have things to fall back on now!

2. Knowledge Acquisition

Knowledge, they say is Power. That's right! Knowledge is so much powerful that if toyed with, one becomes ignorant for life. I wouldn't want you to just go through this strike period without getting a knowledge or two in a chosen field. Acquire knowledge so that when you eventually resume, you'll have things to share with some of your colleagues. Guess what, you might even be smarter than they are.

3. Develop Your Mind.

The vast majority of students love developing their outer appearances{Good in itself but... You know}at the detriment of their mind(a compartment of the soul) and their spirit man. Hardly will you see a student on this campus developing his or her soul. You're saying Yes right? But, what about you?
  As you read this, I dare you to have a paradigm shift in your orientation. Upgrade your mind; update it, feed it with materials that will ensure its proper productivity. Read, listen to tapes, attend a seminar or conference around you. Make sure you have your mind upgraded else you want to be rogue and obsolete. Let your colleagues see you and notice a massive change in your life after resumption. I dare you to develop!

4. Stretch Yourself.

The Comfort Zone is so paramount to some people's lifestyle. They are so satisfied with what they are used to that they always go against anything new around them. A man so yoked with his comfort zone will utmostly get bored at some point because he's routinely programmed and if this happens, there's lack of productivity. I sincerely don't have an idea of what you're up to but I'd love you to stretch yourself. Dare to do something more than before.

5. Ideate

This talks more of you thinking and raising ideas that will make your life be an heavenly abode of awesomeness and productivity. Think of ideas that will inspire a change around you and also in you. What are the things to ideate on? Here are tips...
Academics, Business, Career, among others.

6. Create

It isn't just enough to Ideate, you must as well create. Create things that will add more to you, increase your circle of influence. Dear reader, you must be deliberate and intentional about living. Take advantage now!

7. Build a deeper relationship with God

As a person of faith, I wouldn't want to do away with God. Dear reader, we both know  that when school activities are on, our spiritual rites become relatively hard to do. It happens to me as much as it happens to you but here comes the time to renew and build more of this relationship with our heavenly Dad. It's time to leverage on this period and improve our stand with God so as to be fit for His use.

Afterthought

Dear Reader, as said earlier, I desire that you resume back to campus as a fresh and better being ready to flow in the tune of the Almighty and ready to burn on this Campus?
