Information reaching us today after the Congress held on campus made it known that the Nonacademic Staff Union will resume on Wednesday, 1st November, 2017 as the demands by the union as been probably met by the Institution's Management while their Academic counterpart will hopefully resume on Monday, 6th November, 2017.
It will be recalled that both union decided to go on industrial action on 18th October, 2017 due to issues regarding the unions' members' entitlements. As the congress ended, the outfit gathered that the Academic Staff Union will hopefully resume on Monday.
The credibility of resumption of the Nonacademic Staff Union will however be verified on Wednesday while that of Academic Staff Union will be verified on Monday.
For assuredness, the outfit will make the credibility of resumption verified as at the said dates. Do well to stay in touch.
